14-Day Return Policy

We want you—and your pets—to love every purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Perishable goods (like treats), personalized items, and final sale products cannot be returned.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
